                   Spices play an important part in our overall health. In losing weight some spices will be of great help for the long term. Spices are household products and we can make use of it. If you add these spices each and every day in our food it will be good. Today let us see some of those spices.
                    Ginger: 
                    Ginger a household product in a study shows that it has suppressed obesity in rats over high-fat food. If we take ginger daily it helps in digesting foods faster. Ginger regulates 'cortisol' a stress hormone, which is also a reason for digestive problems. Ginger helps in bowel movement, which helps in weight loss.
                      Methods to use Ginger: There are plenty of methods to use ginger for weight loss. Let us some method one by one.
                       Plain ginger- Take a small piece of ginger about an inch, wash it and remove the skin and press it into small pieces. Take a cup of water and put the ginger in the water and boil it for 15 minutes until it gets into half the quantity. Add some honey for taste and take it an hour after every meal regularly for at least a month.
                       Ginger with Apple Cider Vinegar: You can take ACV  with ginger made decoction for weight loss. Boil a cup of water and add grated ginger and add 1-2 spoon of ACV and mix it well and take it two times a day regularly. Do not take ACV with too much hot water because it will lose its probiotic property.
                      Ginger with green tea: Take green tea with grated ginger and make a decoction by boiling it. Take this decoction 2-3 times a day to reap the benefit of losing weight. Catechin a flavonoid in green tea aids in metabolism when added with ginger it is good in weight reduction.
                          Ginger with lemon: Boil water and add ginger and squeeze half lemon into it. Take this decoction for 2-3 times a day. Lemon always keeps you hydrated gives you the satiety and fullness and helps in weight loss.

                          Side effects of Ginger: More than 4-5 grams of ginger a day is not advisable.

                         Note: Adding a pinch of cinnamon to every above-mentioned decoction will help you in weight reduction. You must regularly take anyone of these decoctions to reap the benefits.
