                   In our day to day life, we use many spices without knowing which one gives what benefits. We use those spices for aroma and taste purposes only. Our forefathers used those spices not only for taste and aroma but for medicinal properties also. Today we shall see the properties of pepper, especially for weight loss.
                   Pepper got an ingredient called piperine which blocks fat cells formation in our body. Pepper being a thermogenic product, when taken, raises the body temperature and burns the calories. It has also got antibacterial property which helps us digest the foods easily.
                   Black pepper is a natural metabolic booster. When taken regularly its benefits are awesome, especially in losing weight.
                   Black pepper helps in reducing triglycerides, phospholipids, and cholesterol in our blood plasma. It also raises HDL (good cholesterol).

Lose Weight Casually 10- Ginger

                   Spices play an important part in our overall health. In losing weight some spices will be of great help for the long term. Spices are household products and we can make use of it. If you add these spices each and every day in our food it will be good. Today let us see some of those spices.
                    Ginger: 
                    Ginger a household product in a study shows that it has suppressed obesity in rats over high-fat food. If we take ginger daily it helps in digesting foods faster. Ginger regulates 'cortisol' a stress hormone, which is also a reason for digestive problems. Ginger helps in bowel movement, which helps in weight loss.
                      Methods to use Ginger: There are plenty of methods to use ginger for weight loss. Let us some method one by one.
                       Plain ginger- Take a small piece of ginger about an inch, wash it and remove the skin and press it into small pieces. Take a cup of water and put the ginger in the water and boil it for 15 minutes until it gets into half the quantity. Add some honey for taste and take it an hour after every meal regularly for at least a month.
                       Ginger with Apple Cider Vinegar: You can take ACV  with ginger made decoction for weight loss. Boil a cup of water and add grated ginger and add 1-2 spoon of ACV and mix it well and take it two times a day regularly. Do not take ACV with too much hot water because it will lose its probiotic property.
                      Ginger with green tea: Take green tea with grated ginger and make a decoction by boiling it. Take this decoction 2-3 times a day to reap the benefit of losing weight. Catechin a flavonoid in green tea aids in metabolism when added with ginger it is good in weight reduction.
                          Ginger with lemon: Boil water and add ginger and squeeze half lemon into it. Take this decoction for 2-3 times a day. Lemon always keeps you hydrated gives you the satiety and fullness and helps in weight loss.

                          Side effects of Ginger: More than 4-5 grams of ginger a day is not advisable.

                     Our senses are one of the key factors for weight gain. Do you ever think of it? Yes, our senses act a leading role in weight gain.

                      Eyes: When you see a colorful display of eatables in different sizes and shapes in a restaurant or bakery or in a hotel, you are tempted to have it immediately.  We may not be hungry, it may not be the scheduled time to eat, but still, we eat it. We don't care about the oil content or sweet content or fat content or salt content. The color and shapes tempt us to have it. This is one of the reasons we put on weight.

                       Tongue: Taste is one of the culprits for our weight gain. Taste buds in the tongue are the reason. We forget one thing, when the food crosses the taste buds in the mouth we don't know what the taste is. We eat many foods for taste only, and that food may be rich in sugar or fat or salt or of oil content and in eating this way we put on weight. When we consider a healthy life we must forget taste buds.

                        Nose: Aroma is one of the factors for weight gain. Even when we are not in a mood to eat, the aroma of some foods tempts us to eat. We forget weight consciousness and we consume more than what we want.

                    Visceral fat is another vital factor we must consider in losing weight.  Fat stored around the abdominal cavity is called visceral fat, which surrounds vital organs like the pancreas, liver, stomach, and intestines. It is also called as "active fat".

Lose Weight Casually 7 - Habits



                    In order to lose weight, we must follow something we usually don't care about and in fact we don't know. By following some habits we can help ourselves to reduce weight.
                    Timing to take our food is one of the essential factors for our overall health. Maintain 7am - 8am for breakfast, 12.30pm - 1.30pm for lunch and 6pm -7pm for dinner.

                     Another thing we should remember is, we must not do any major functions like taking a bath, go to bed, or doing hard working before or after taking food for 30 minutes. You feel sleepy after taking food is that blood in our body goes to intestines in helping to digest the food we take. So the other parts of the body get less blood supply. So we feel sleepy. When we take a bath or go to sleep after taking food the body needs more blood for the two actions. So the digestion is improperly done when the blood supply is limited leads to the formation of gas and discomfort and metabolism is not done properly. This leads to overweight.
                    It will take 20 minutes after taking food that we feel the fullness of the stomach. So take time while eating. Eat slowly. Chew the food. It all will help you in reducing the weight and maintaining the weight. 
                    You may not feel the difference, but it will help in the long run. So make it a habit and it will support in maintaining overall health, without you really noticing the effects.

Lose Weight Casually 5 --Fasting

                   Fasting is one of the best supportive ways to reduce unwanted weight. When fasting the carbohydrates which give energy, drain out, and the fat stored in the body is used for energy for us to do our daily routines.
                    Hindu religion used to fast any one of weekdays for different god's on different days. This is actually done in the name of god. But it is actually scientifically proven that intermittent fast is of great importance for the health benefits of losing extra cholesterol and losing weight.
                   But when we think of fasting we must be careful. We must consider several factors such as age ( should not be under 18years and old age),  our style of work like (driving, welding, lathe), a disease  (type 1 diabetes, heart problems, those who go for blood transfusions, migraine), sick, underweight should not fast. Before making fasting a practice definitely, we must go for medical advice.
                    Before we begin to go on for fasting practice, make sure that you are going to continue for overall health benefits and make it a practice.
                    While fasting for 8 hours we burn extra calories we store in the form of fat. After fasting, the metabolism slows down.  We give rest to our digestive system. The extra waste formed in the body is being removed.
                      After fasting, the things we do is of great importance. We usually think that we may become weak after fasting and start eating heavily is ridiculous. You can drink water as usual and little more will do. If you feel weak we can dink fresh juice and zero-calorie drinks.
                     After fasting taking orange juice and a small meal. We must support the purpose of fasting and that is more significant. If you take heavy meals in between intermittent fasting, and that won't help in reducing weight. If you reach the correct weight you try to maintain it. 

                      Note: Fasting is not only is good for losing weight. it is good for overall health.

                    In losing weight casually we can follow the Japanese way. It really works. The obesity rate in Japan is only 3.5% compared to the USA 35.9% which is  10% more. In Australia, it is 24.5%, France 12.9 %,  Canada 29.4,  the UK 27.8% and so on.
                    Japanese usually take their food at a low dining table and sit on a cushion on the floor. Men cross-legged and women legs on sideways. They take their breakfast between 8am to 9am, lunch between 12.30 to 1.30pm and dinner they finish off by 7 pm.

                       Japanese usually take food in their homes rather than take food in the hotel. The reason is the health consciousness. They prepare their own food. They use less oil, less sugar, less salt in their dishes which causes damage to our overall health and puts on weight.
                     They do not take snacks in between meals which is one of the main reasons which causes obesity. They don't go for fast food like pizza, burger which is also one of the reasons which also causes weight gain. 
                     They take their food in small portions which helps to maintain their weight. They use only chopsticks by which only small portions of food can be taken. They don't take anything even snacks while watching TV programs. Also, they don't watch TV or use mobiles while taking food. So that they don't take more than what they can take.

                   Hai everyone, how do you do?   Our aim is to reduce weight and live an active and energetic life.                                                                                                                                                 Let's don't forget that losing weight is actually easy. But one thing we must remember and must put in the mind deeply that in order to live a healthy life we must sacrifice something that we adore. Secondly, we must be patient for a lot of things to succeed in our lives.  
                   A family in my neighborhood all in the age group between 20- 80 used to eat heavily. No restrictions at all. In spite of eating heavily, they were all very slim.  They were very very active also. The key we must know is that the way they cook their food, their timing of taking their food and what they take and how they take. 
                   They take plenty of vegetables and fruits along with non-vegetarian food. 
They don't store foods and vegetables.cooked or uncooked in the fridge. They go for fresh vegetables, fruit, and meat also. 
                   The timing they take their food is very important. They finish their supper by 7pm and they go to sleep by 9.30 
                    The ideal time between breakfast and lunch and dinner to maintain our overall health is 3 hours.
                                         

                      We must take our breakfast by 7am and lunch at 1pm and the dinner at any cost by 7pm. we must go to bed by 9-9.30pm. 
                       Drink water half an hour before food for the cleansing purpose of the digestive tract which helps in digestion and doesn't drink water during taking food. 

                       Note: Please don't hurry in taking your food. Just forget everything and eat as if we are here to live our life eating. Take care. See you again.

How to Lose Weight Casually

                Nowadays losing weight,  seems to be a herculian task.  Our culture and our needs have changed a lot, so that we have no option to move on with the fast world outside. 24 hours is not enough to cope up with the heavy demands we are facing today.  We have to put on the skating wheels and move on all the time. There is no time to look after ourselves, our family, friends and even health the most precious ones. We have no time to do exercise  and keep ourselves healthy. We take fast foods and put up weight which is not ready to go away and the tummy builds up looking funny.
               So in order to look after all the important things like family, friends, health in our life we got to do small small things on the go and make it a habit. One thing is for sure is that there is no easy way to shed weight, you must keep it in mind.  First thing you must remember is there is no shortcut and please do not believe in advertisement saying that shedding weight in 7 days or 2 weeks, there is nothing like that. It will take some time and we should wait and not to get frustrated  
                First thing let us concentrate on foods which we should take regularly and make it a practice. Small practices with big results is the key of the day.

       Lemon is one of main  ingredient which is easily  available in the market and it is cheap also. There is a misconception that taking lemon with water you will catch cold. That is not true.
               # Take half a piece of lemon, squeeze and mix it with warm water  you can add 1 or 2 spoons of pure honey (pure honey is the best and do not get factory made which wont give you the best results and of course pure honey may be costly and not easy to get) and take it in the morning with empty stomach regularly. 
                # Grape juice is one which can help you in reducing weight by burning calories. It has got   resveratrol   (which helps to convert white bad fat into brown  yellow fat) which keeps you warm during sleep which means that instead of storing fat it keeps fat in a greasy form.  Do not add sugar in any form.

              Obesity is a condition in which excessive fat accumulates under the belly is a complex disorder. Nowadays the weight calculation BMI (Body Mass Index) is a key index relating weight divided by height. BMI is evaluated in terms of fat distributed via the waist-hip ratio.

              Obesity can have a devastating effect on overall health. Slimness is highly valued and being obese is frustrating.  Physical problems such as shortness of breath, difficulty in moving around. Excessive abdominal fat is more serious like heart disease stroke and type 2 diabetes, back pain and osteoarthritis. Cognitive decline and dementia are also some issues when you age due to obesity. Infertility issues obese women are less likely to conceive and miscarriage during pregnancy also happens. In men, excessive fat is associated with a decrease in testosterone levels.

               Causes of Obesity
                Do not take more than what you burn. (Just keep it in Mind)  Take food according to your age, your type of work whether your work is physically or mentally. Above 30 years you must concentrate on what you take and burn what you take, and keep it as a policy. Another factor is hereditary, which you can't change. Mental stress can cause our digestive system to work improperly and can be also a cause for the storage of fat in the belly. Overeating and lack of exercise is another main cause for obesity.
           
              Controlling Obesity

              Controlling obesity is a major problem in today's fast world. We are rushing ourselves to cope up with it. We must relax like doing yoga and which is very good in many ways like reducing our stress, which helps us in lowering the blood pressure which is good for heart, reduction in weight, reduction in cholesterol which is good heart ailments.
               We must look after  our diet by eating moderate amount of lean meat, high protein, fatty and sugary foods,  Even though everything is printed  like the value of   protein, carbohydrate, fat, calories, energy for every weight by weight in the cover of the packs we buy, we don't even care to concentrate on that. We are craving for taste which we should avoid at any cost. When the food we take crosses the mouth we won't be knowing what the taste is. Don't eat for taste alone.

Cells are the smallest living organisms in human, plants, animals. Metabolism in cells process nutrient molecules. Catabolism is a process in which the cell breaks down complex molecules to produce energy. Anabolism in which the cells uses energy to construct complex molecules to perform other molecular functions.
            Our human body needs 21 amino acids which are called essential amino acids. Amino acids are formed into protein and protein are the building blocks of life.  Amino acids can be produced by what we eat. But few amino acids must be produced by non-vegetarion foods like meat and fish.  The body needs some essential amino acids like threonine ,lysine and histidine, valine, isoleucine, leucine, phenylalaine and tryptophan.
            Low level of amino acids affects growth and muscle strength. Low level of amino acids causes depression, mental alertness, affects fertility, digestive problems, and mainly slowed growth in children.
           Tofu, eggs, dairy products, meat, poultry, nuts,cottage cheese, peanuts, lentils, whole grains,  and adding to it some plants are also good for the growth. 
            Above all getting early in the morning and some workouts or yoga or some stretch up and good intake of oxygen the vital part for cells.
