          In obesity and overweight, losing weight should be given first preference, because it leads to many many various illnesses. It will be a big menace giving you a much serious illness, which will be of high risk, which even leads to death.

               Nowadays people follow a practice called  Paleo Diet. Paleo diet is a type of diet that is based on protein only. But that is not an advisable way to maintain a healthy life.  Food must contain carbohydrates, minerals, vitamins, and even fat content in the diet we take.
