Vitamin B complex

Vitamin D
Vitamin D along with calcium helps in reducing weight. If there is a deficiency in vitamin D the glucose in the body will be converted into fat. Vitamin D3 is to be got only through the sunlight. The level of vitamin D can be taken by a blood test with guidance from a doctor.
Iron
Iron deficiency leads to various troubles in overall health. Iron helps in reducing weight reduction. Iron deficiency when treated reduces the weight a study shows.
Magnesium
If there is a lack of sleep it leads to overweight. Because of insomnia, there is. a rise in blood glucose level. This leads to a decrease in metabolism. When magnesium is taken in the required quantity there will be a good sleep. When we get enough sleep it is good for overall health.
Iodine
Iodine last but not the least. Iodine is used for hypothyroidism which leads to weight gain with other illnesses like constipation, depression, etc. Hormones released by the thyroid gland helps for metabolism and growth factor in a huge way. So a deficiency in iodine leads to weight gain.
Note: We must take into account that minerals and vitamins also help us in losing weight, in an indirect way. Only a small amount of these vitamins and minerals are needed but, it helps us in reducing weight a huge way.
