Our human body needs 21 amino acids which are called essential amino acids. Amino acids are formed into protein and protein are the building blocks of life. Amino acids can be produced by what we eat. But few amino acids must be produced by non-vegetarion foods like meat and fish. The body needs some essential amino acids like threonine ,lysine and histidine, valine, isoleucine, leucine, phenylalaine and tryptophan.
Low level of amino acids affects growth and muscle strength. Low level of amino acids causes depression, mental alertness, affects fertility, digestive problems, and mainly slowed growth in children.
Tofu, eggs, dairy products, meat, poultry, nuts,cottage cheese, peanuts, lentils, whole grains, and adding to it some plants are also good for the growth.
Above all getting early in the morning and some workouts or yoga or some stretch up and good intake of oxygen the vital part for cells.
