Lose Weight Casually 7 - Habits



                    In order to lose weight, we must follow something we usually don't care about and in fact we don't know. By following some habits we can help ourselves to reduce weight.
                    Timing to take our food is one of the essential factors for our overall health. Maintain 7am - 8am for breakfast, 12.30pm - 1.30pm for lunch and 6pm -7pm for dinner.

                     Another thing we should remember is, we must not do any major functions like taking a bath, go to bed, or doing hard working before or after taking food for 30 minutes. You feel sleepy after taking food is that blood in our body goes to intestines in helping to digest the food we take. So the other parts of the body get less blood supply. So we feel sleepy. When we take a bath or go to sleep after taking food the body needs more blood for the two actions. So the digestion is improperly done when the blood supply is limited leads to the formation of gas and discomfort and metabolism is not done properly. This leads to overweight.
                    It will take 20 minutes after taking food that we feel the fullness of the stomach. So take time while eating. Eat slowly. Chew the food. It all will help you in reducing the weight and maintaining the weight. 
                    You may not feel the difference, but it will help in the long run. So make it a habit and it will support in maintaining overall health, without you really noticing the effects.
