Nowadays losing weight, seems to be a herculian task. Our culture and our needs have changed a lot, so that we have no option to move on with the fast world outside. 24 hours is not enough to cope up with the heavy demands we are facing today. We have to put on the skating wheels and move on all the time. There is no time to look after ourselves, our family, friends and even health the most precious ones. We have no time to do exercise and keep ourselves healthy. We take fast foods and put up weight which is not ready to go away and the tummy builds up looking funny.
So in order to look after all the important things like family, friends, health in our life we got to do small small things on the go and make it a habit. One thing is for sure is that there is no easy way to shed weight, you must keep it in mind. First thing you must remember is there is no shortcut and please do not believe in advertisement saying that shedding weight in 7 days or 2 weeks, there is nothing like that. It will take some time and we should wait and not to get frustrated
First thing let us concentrate on foods which we should take regularly and make it a practice. Small practices with big results is the key of the day.

Lemon is one of main ingredient which is easily available in the market and it is cheap also. There is a misconception that taking lemon with water you will catch cold. That is not true.
# Take half a piece of lemon, squeeze and mix it with warm water you can add 1 or 2 spoons of pure honey (pure honey is the best and do not get factory made which wont give you the best results and of course pure honey may be costly and not easy to get) and take it in the morning with empty stomach regularly.
# Grape juice is one which can help you in reducing weight by burning calories. It has got resveratrol (which helps to convert white bad fat into brown yellow fat) which keeps you warm during sleep which means that instead of storing fat it keeps fat in a greasy form. Do not add sugar in any form.
