How to Lose Weight Casually 4

                    In losing weight casually we can follow the Japanese way. It really works. The obesity rate in Japan is only 3.5% compared to the USA 35.9% which is  10% more. In Australia, it is 24.5%, France 12.9 %,  Canada 29.4,  the UK 27.8% and so on.
                    Japanese usually take their food at a low dining table and sit on a cushion on the floor. Men cross-legged and women legs on sideways. They take their breakfast between 8am to 9am, lunch between 12.30 to 1.30pm and dinner they finish off by 7 pm.

                       Japanese usually take food in their homes rather than take food in the hotel. The reason is the health consciousness. They prepare their own food. They use less oil, less sugar, less salt in their dishes which causes damage to our overall health and puts on weight.
                     They do not take snacks in between meals which is one of the main reasons which causes obesity. They don't go for fast food like pizza, burger which is also one of the reasons which also causes weight gain. 
                     They take their food in small portions which helps to maintain their weight. They use only chopsticks by which only small portions of food can be taken. They don't take anything even snacks while watching TV programs. Also, they don't watch TV or use mobiles while taking food. So that they don't take more than what they can take.
