Obesity and over weight

              Obesity is a condition in which excessive fat accumulates under the belly is a complex disorder. Nowadays the weight calculation BMI (Body Mass Index) is a key index relating weight divided by height. BMI is evaluated in terms of fat distributed via the waist-hip ratio.

             RISK FACTORS
              Obesity can have a devastating effect on overall health. Slimness is highly valued and being obese is frustrating.  Physical problems such as shortness of breath, difficulty in moving around. Excessive abdominal fat is more serious like heart disease stroke and type 2 diabetes, back pain and osteoarthritis. Cognitive decline and dementia are also some issues when you age due to obesity. Infertility issues obese women are less likely to conceive and miscarriage during pregnancy also happens. In men, excessive fat is associated with a decrease in testosterone levels.

               Causes of Obesity
                Do not take more than what you burn. (Just keep it in Mind)  Take food according to your age, your type of work whether your work is physically or mentally. Above 30 years you must concentrate on what you take and burn what you take, and keep it as a policy. Another factor is hereditary, which you can't change. Mental stress can cause our digestive system to work improperly and can be also a cause for the storage of fat in the belly. Overeating and lack of exercise is another main cause for obesity.
           
              Controlling Obesity

              Controlling obesity is a major problem in today's fast world. We are rushing ourselves to cope up with it. We must relax like doing yoga and which is very good in many ways like reducing our stress, which helps us in lowering the blood pressure which is good for heart, reduction in weight, reduction in cholesterol which is good heart ailments.
               We must look after  our diet by eating moderate amount of lean meat, high protein, fatty and sugary foods,  Even though everything is printed  like the value of   protein, carbohydrate, fat, calories, energy for every weight by weight in the cover of the packs we buy, we don't even care to concentrate on that. We are craving for taste which we should avoid at any cost. When the food we take crosses the mouth we won't be knowing what the taste is. Don't eat for taste alone.
